Stream puck when turned on will flash coloured lights then turn off and won’t connect to tv

Tried to connect the stream puck to tv and said it can't connect to my account now when turned on will only flash coloured lights then turns off and won't connect to tv

@Karenangove1 have you tried unplugging the stream puck and leaving if unplugged for about 10 minutes, then plug it back in and see if anything has improved.

Hi yes I have it's not been plugged in all night and I tried again this morning but still the same I'm afraid

Hi sorry I'm new to this I unplugged it all night and tried again this morning still just coming up with the coloured lights

@Karenangove1 in that case try this:

 

  1. Switch off the puck at the mains
  2. Press and hold the Standby button  on the bottom of the Sky Stream puck.
  3. Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the main plug and wait until you see the LED lights flash different colours, then remove your finger.
