Sky Stream not turning on

I've had Sky Stream for a while now but lately when I come back after a working away over the weekend (Fri-Mon) I can't turn the Puck on using either the remote control or the button on the underside. The only thing that works is unplugging it and plugging it back in. Why does it do this? Is there a fault? This happens every Monday when I get back home having not used it since Friday morning.

I have 2 pucks and this issue only affects my Primary device. The 2nd puck works fine

I'd ring Sky and ask for a replacement of the primary puck.
