Sky Stream not connecting Message on screen says Weak or No Signal

I was watching tv via Sky Stream when the picture started to black out for a few seconds and restart programme from a few seconds before we had black out. Then the picture froze and then lost connection. Now all I get is the Weak or No Signal message. I have switched off the puck and router and restarted but still get the Weak or No Signal message. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem

 

The remote control works fine.

After playing about with things all day I managed to resolve the issue. The resolve was rather stupid. I changed the batteries on the remote last night. This evening I pressed the buttons 4 and 6 together for 3 seconds and hey presto it worked.

Hi @Jonty1964 

 

That sounds like a message your TV is presenting not the Sky puck. Have you checked that you have selected the correct hdmi input your puck is connected to?

 

Try checking all cables are securely seated and power off your puck at the mains for a few minutes and power back on.
