Sky Stream navigation is awful, I would rather return it than suffer

there is no guide button The guide opened by voice is beyond stupid. This thing always opens at the top not where I am watching. Its terrible, I could use some pretty massive curse worss to describe how aweful and hard it is to use. I hate this with a passion. You can have it back. I will rather pay 3rd party for a better navigation experience.

If you highlight TV guide and press the centre button on your remote the guide is there in full or by category and if you wish set up favourites. 

In fairness the stream platform is no different to many others, these days it's all about navigation rather than bespoke button pressing as this is how apps are designed. 

once you get used to it the Sky OS platform is very intuitive. 

If you want to cancel you need to call Sky.

In fairness it no different... I totally disagree... Virgin has a completely normal navigation system. Press the guide button and it brings the guode upnon the channel you are watching and you can see what next, or press the left button and go back to watch what you missed. I happen to know nowtv works exactly the same way as I trialed it. 

SkY steam navigation is god aweful. I want to see when the sport event starts and have to scroll one by one down, or acroll at 900miles and hour miss the channel I am after and then scroll backup. Holy hell this is not a food experience. And if I am on a channel it take me out. All I want os to be able to see what's on next or what was on. It longer thatn the event tonget to that. Its god aweful.

If you are on a channel you can hit the centre button and navigate to future programs or up and down to other channels. It really is intuitive once you've played with it. Watch some YouTube videos they may help too.

Taking sports as an example, you don't need to use the guide to see when live sport are starting.

You can simple click on the sports tab on the Home Page or voice search sports and the first rail you will see is all the upcoming live sporting events for the next several days, making it an easy way to see what sport is on, which channel and be able to add it to your playlist.
