Activation Code Issue

Hi, The puck wouldn't work, so I followed the online instructions and finally managed to get it working. I then followed the TV on-screen directions and finally came to the screen where it asks us to link the right account to the device. It gives the following link: https://sky.com/activate.

I had already opened up my account on my laptop, and followed this link exactly, only to find the message -  'This Page is Restricted'  Go to My homepage. 

Where do I put an activation code?

How do I get my TV working again?

Can someone please help?

Is there a phone number to speak to a human???

@Felix8  Have you logged in using teh correct email address for your stream account as that is normally the issue woth page restricted message.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
