Sky Stream issues

In contract with Sky stream, asked for quote for sky Q.

Sky had to disconnect sky stream in order to give a quote and now Sky cannot switch Sky stream back on? This has now been going on for 2 weeks and they are still not able to resolve issue????

The mind boggles as to why exactly Sky had to cancel your Stream service just to give you a quote for Q?! That just sound ridiculous. 

If you are not happy you can lodge a formal complaint. Sky are usually pretty good at then getting back in touch with you to help resolve the situation.

It sounds frustrating that sky disconnected your Sky stream in order to provide a quote for sky Q and now they are having difficulty reconnecting sky stream. It's concerning this issue has persisted for two weeks without resolution.
