On some but not all of the content we see the picture corrupting on screen. The My Sky App says TV App problem, but gives no further clue as what the issue is. This has shown itself on Prime Netflix and U Drama at this time. However over channels work completely fine over this period.
All other devices are working correctly and the netflix speed test consitently shows 325Mbs bandwidth. This does not feel like a wifi problem that seems the standard response.
The question is how best to troubleshoot the TV App problem ?
TV Samsung 43 inch UHD, Sonos Beam sound bar, and 1 x Sky Stream.
Internel is provided by Eeero 6 Pro, connected to 1000/1000 fibre. Thanks in advance David.

Have you tried a settings Restart?
