@Linda1235  You will need the Whole Home subscription to use Sky Go

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GD1 sorry, but incorrect.

You get Sky Go on mobile devices and laptops with a single Stream subscription, I've been using it for 18 months.

You can register 6 devices but are limited to using 2 at a time.

I believe you do need Whole Home if you wish to use it on games consoles.

@martswain  From the Sky website:

Smarten up any other TVs you’ve already got with extra Sky Stream pucks and the Whole Home monthly subscription.

Plug the Sky Stream puck into your TV to enjoy your Sky TV package in another room. Big matches in the lounge. Dinosaurs in the kitchen. With the Whole Home pack, you can fill your home with unlimited entertainment.

With the Whole Home pack you can also watch on four devices at the same time on the Sky Go app and on your games console.

  • One-off set-up fee for each Sky Stream puck applies.
  • Monthly subscription charge applies.
  • Sky Ultimate TV subscription required.
  • Six Sky Stream pucks per account.

  • Sky Go customers can stream on two devices at a time.
  • Sky Go Extra, Sky Q Multiscreen and Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time.

Both are correct

Re: Can I get sky go with sky stream account

I switched from Sky HD+ box to Stream (Puck) 10 days ago.

When on the phone to Sky I specifically asked if I could use Sky Go and he confirmed that I can.

I have been using it on two different devices without any problems since.

Oops,

I should just point out that while I've been using Sky GO on two different devices - but not at the same time.

@thommo22 Stream plus 2 devices concurrently on Go works absolutely fine too.
