Sky Stream issue
New Sky Stream contract after cancelling Sky Q a month ago. We offered Ultimate TV with Netflix for £15. Puck arrived yesterday so set it up and activated it. No issues apart from unable to access Netflix billed through Sky. Netflix app on Stream only giving option up log in or join. Log in takes me to account previously linked to Sky when I had Netflix via Sky Q, but asks me to reactivate account by updating payment method. Join option takes me to page stating add Netflix to Sky package but then screen goes blue anc nothing happens. Spoken to both Sky and Netflix and have been told issue is due to subscription for Stream not yet activated. But it is - i have access to all other channels just this issue with Netflix. On my account it shows Stream in progress, Netflix in progress, Puck Active but then another Puck waiting to be delivered. But there is no 2nd Puck ordered? Sky have told me it will need to be sorted manually and a ticket raised. Tickets are taking 18 days to be picked up. But cannot raise a ticket on account as already have one pending for Btroadband issue. So likely to be up to 5 weeks to sort. Say they cannot cancel re activate as already dispatched but not activated? So am stuck! Hope that all makes sense. And ideas welcome. Btw, I have tried factory reset x3, app refresh, unplugging etc. Also numerous calls to Sky and Netflix. Am desperate for a solution! Thanks.
