Sky Stream is not loadikg

Waiting for Sky to load on my sky stream. It's been like that for the last 20 minutes. I can watch Amazon Prime but it won't load BBC or ITV??

As mentioned above, try a restart.

 

On your puck,
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
