Sky Stream fast forwarding once a programme has ended

Is anyone else experiencing a problem where, when you select watch from start, programmes are automatically fast-forwarding to live TV once it has stopped broadcasting?

Sky mention in another thread that they resolved this issue in the first half of last year, but, I'm a new customer and I'm encountering the same issue now.

It happens every single day when I'm watching ITV.
