No apps showing

New customer. Have set up but there are no apps showing apart from Sky and alibi! Where are they?

Pressing microphone just says 'sorry I can't do that'

@Sharius @Could you try a reboot of your device by turning off the power and unplugging it for a few minutes

Have tried that. I am having all sorts of issues to be honest. Nothing seems to be working properly on either TV, but weirdly different issues.  I'm beginning to think although the equipment has arrived and is plugged in , the subscription isn't actually activated! 🤷‍♀️
