Hi, hoping that someone from Sky can respond to this. Sky Stream has to be the worst tv system we have ever used. Nothing works properly, forward and rewind work when they feel like it, it's constantly crashing, when going to watch a programme you have added to your playlist it's as likely to take you to an episode from three years ago than the current one you actually want to watch. It's terrible! On top of this Sky now seem incapable of managing an account. Money is going out of our bank then we are getting a message to say our direct debit has not been payed due to insufficient funds (our account is never empty) and being threatened with penalty payments. My husband called Sky during our cooling off period to cancel because of these issues but you wouldn't do it because you had to speak to me. I have let it slip because my dad died so I have had more important things to deal with. I am now outside the cooling off period but please can you cancel my subscription and take the equipment away as it, and your account management, are simply unfit for purpose. I'm happy to speak to someone on the phone but it will need to be after I get home from work at 7pm. Thanks, Janette

Unfortunately you'll need to contact Sky yourself to discuss the issues and cancellation.

Thanks. Do you know if there is an address I can write to? The last thing I want to do when I get home is spend an hour on the phone to Sky.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nettypie The address will be located in your contract paperwork, however sky will still need to speak to you has they need verbal approval from the account holder to confirm the cancellation
