Sky Stream channels saying technical fault

All chanels on my sky stream not working, i just get a black screen with the message there is a technical fault with this channel 

 

apps appear to be working fine of the ones I have tried

@Heartsink Try rebooting your stream puck by unplugging it for a minute.
