Your two duplicate threads have been removed. No need for multiple threads saying the same.
None of the posts suggest it's a broadband issue so at this point I'll move it to the Stream board.

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely doing the recovery procedure on step 4:
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
