Sky Keeps freezing

Sky keeps freezing and saying technical fault. Especially when I switch from one of the apps (Prime or Netflix) back to sky. Is happenning at least once a day. (Not just today with poor weather around )

When switching are you exiting the apps or just pressing the home button?

 

If you aren't actually exiting the apps maybe try that and see if it helps. 

Usually, for most apps, keep pressing the back button until either a prompt appears asking if you want to exit or the app will naturally close. For Netflix you need to select your profile and then go to Exit.
