Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LudovicUgaki there was a problem with this last Thursday but it only lasted about an hour before the CW rail was restored. Like you mine only had Netflix programmes.
I have not seen any issues with the rail since last Thursday so maybe try rebooting your puck at Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device

@Fothergill1 teh issue is still ongoing for me after many reboot/restart and a full reset . i also checked an there's sofware update overdue .

Yes, same for me. It's coming back on now, Sky really need to get this bug sorted out.

I have noticed it feeling a bit slower than usual tonight on the menus.

Here too. Had to use the apps to get to what we wanted to watch. Voice recognition not working properly either.
