Sky Stream, all playlists empty and recently watched vanished

Same Here no continue Watching for any Sky show is not working  - it works only for netflix

@LudovicUgaki there was a problem with this last Thursday but it only lasted about an hour before the CW rail was restored.  Like you mine only had Netflix programmes.

I have not seen any issues with the rail since last Thursday so maybe try rebooting your puck at Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device

@Fothergill1 teh issue is still ongoing for me after many reboot/restart and a full reset . i also checked an there's sofware update overdue .

Yes, same for me. It's coming back on now, Sky really need to get this bug sorted out.

Yes, typical service it seems, my one night off and this nonsense again. Ah well I only pay thousands a year for it!!

I have noticed it feeling a bit slower than usual tonight on the menus.

Here too. Had to use the apps to get to what we wanted to watch. Voice recognition not working properly either.

Ours has done the same!! Hubbie's really peeved off !! Numerous restarts, refreshing apps and rebooting router to no avail.

just happened to us today, called sky and got cut off, rebooted puck and this didn't work, didn't bother to call back as a total waste of time. anyone else help please?

Happening to me today specifically on movies playlist which is my last playlist , says no content when I click on show all also then pops up no a no connection messsge even tho I clearly have  a internet connection . Reboots did not solve it had this before can't remember how it was resolved

I know this is annoying when it happens, I was furious back in January (I think).

However it seems to sort itself out within about 12 hours or so and it's never happened since.

I think maybe just a bit of patience required for this as there doesn't seem to be an acknowledged solution from Sky or Superusers.

Not what you want to hear, but of all the issues I've encountered since being on Sky Glass/Stream, this was the least problematic, so I hope it just sorts itself out for you too. 👍

Thanks I seem to remember it just went away last time . I agree it's pretty minor compared to the many irritating issues I have had with sky stream.
