Hello

Ive had a new puc delivered. When connecting the remote with my tv to control tb volume it says tv is not compatible. Its Samsung QLED tv not even 2 years old. Ive done the 1-3 button thing the remote is connected. When i go to connect them is says it cant find my tv and it only tests once to see of the buttons turn the volume up and down. Its very fustrating.
