Hi,
My Sky Stream Puck seems to have just stop working. It turns on and the light on the front is on but pressing the home button does nothing, there's nothing on screen. No UI or anything. The only thing I get is my TV saying no signal. I tried unplugging it from the mains and plugging it back in, I get the Sky logo but then nothing.
I just called Sky but there's a 30 min wait!
Any help would be appreciated.

I called Sky and got it working. Tried it on a different HDMI port and it works!
Very strange.

Have you pressed the on button under the puck, does anything happen?

Yes it's on the correct HDMI input. Turning on the Puck with the button on the bottom turns the light on but no picture (no signal).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@dr-badger does sound like you need to talk to Sky which will mean hanging on but the wait is normally less than the IVR says.

@GD1 I have unplugged and plugged back in the HDMI at both ends. I did see the Sky logo after I unplugged/plugged back in the mains, which suggests the HDMI cable is fine.
