Sky Stream Puck and Remote frozen …

I have a new Sky Stream puck and remote (including batteries - all fie) following a problem early last week - the same problem I have now!

i have a blue screen asking me to simultaneously press 4 and 6 for a few seconds then continue. However, the screen is frozen, ad no buttons work on the sky remote. Please can someone help me?!? It's drivig me up the wall - been fiddling on with it since last Monday ☹️ TiA!

@Croza  Try rebooting your puck.  As the screen is frozen you can't do this through settings so simply unplug the puck from your wall socket, wait for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.
