Sky Stream Puck Freezes and switches off every day

I have 2 Sky Stream Pucks. 1 is fine, the other freezes and switches itself off multiple times per day. 
I have checked the broadband connection multiple times and it is 140mbs+
I am really regretting moving to Sky Stream. 
I have followed all instructions about location of pucks, unplugging and staring again and nothing seems to work. 
Any ideas what's wrong?

Have you swapped pucks to see if the problem follows the puck that has issues. If so it's probably a dodgy puck, if not it's the location that is causing you problems. The pucks need a strong and stable signal, as well as a good speed.

Hi. Yes, I have swapped pucks and the good one works wherever it is and the poor one is still poor.

Then it means a call to Sky to get it replaced I'm afraid.

Tried that a few time and stay on hold too long. Was hoping there was something I was missing 😞
