Sky Stream No Wifi Message 12 June 2025

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky stream

My sky stream is suddenly not connecting . I have checked the internet and it says I have excellent signal, but keep getting a blue screen. I have tried using two pucks and they both have the same problem. 

i have reset the puck, and the router. Nothing has worked.

Sky puck not working

Has anybody managed to get their sky puck working, mine isn't connecting to the Internet all of a sudden

All of a sudden my puck keeps coming up with not connected to WiFi. Go to settings network and network connection says "Excellent WiFi connection" and is connected. Press the home button it then says "Please Wait' and the " Let's try that again" pops up again. Stuck in a loop. Have unplugged puck for half and hour and reset router with no luck. Have lost all sky TV. !!!

I have the same issue as this and my internet is working fine, i the puck turns on but then the i get an on screen msg saying no connection

Also having these issues intermittently for the last few hours.


When it has been working, the stream has been freezing for a few seconds at a time every few minutes, and roughly every 20-40 minutes it cuts off completely causing the no connection issues.

 

It has happened across multiple channels.

Just went on sky help website and they run a supposed check on my puck. Apparently it said running check and everything is fine with my puck, internet connection is good, no faults with connection or puck. I ran the test 3 times same results. My puck has been off and disconnected from the mains  for the past hour so not sure what it is checking or where the results have come from.

Yeah strange I've just turned on my Sky Puck for the first time for today and I got the same network message. Even though when I went in to Settings>Network it shows as connected to WiFi and a tick against router and internet. Rebooted my Sky hub but no difference so just turned off WiFi on the sky puck and then reset network connection and reconnected to my Sky hub again and now everything loads up on the Stream Homepage. Odd. Not had that before and strange same day as the OP. Sky IP address issue perhaps? There was no local WiFi IP address conflict.

I hope we get compensation because Sky is expensive & yet I have no TV

Omg this what we pay for lol what a nightmare, if you can get hold of a human they are very good but the process of getting to that point begs belief
