Oh wow lots of others posted while I was typing my post above. 
Try following what I did to get it working again^

I did the same thing and the same thing happened, there was apparently an issue earlier with sky Q they said It had been fixed, but I have Pucks two both not working but according to settings I have excellent connection lol

Sky stream puck not working but Internet connection was fine

Sky stream kept saying there was an issue and press home to try again we did this multiple times and followed the reset but still not working. Before we did this checking the settings said the wifi connection was excellent. Keeps getting stuck on sky stream logo once it says to continue with set-up.

I've also tried a full network reset - the issues have continued.

 

Broadband through Brsk, not Sky.

Sky stream

Has anybody managed to get their sky puck working, mine isn't connecting to the Internet all of a sudden. If I look at the settings it is connected to the internet but is still not working

I did exactly the same thing and this gave me something to do as I have no to how annoying

Do sky not realise how serious a problem this is. No TV, my other half has tried to start an actual conversation with me. !!!!

It's this bit that worked for me:

 

Settings>Network>Network connection>status -  Reset.
It'll check your connection and say your network setup looks good are you sure you want to continue?

Just click Confirm and then reselect your network name from the list and enter WiFi password.

I have just shut down my router gone into network settings on the puck reset the network then turned puck of at mains,turned router back and restarted the puck and reconnected and it seems to be up and running again. Hopefully it stays running.
