Yeah mine was same until hypoptic did something at there end, its been ok for now but we will see🤔🤔🤔

Have u tried ringing hyperoptic up, they kno theres a issue with sky glass and sky do too, i did notice when i had issues that Netflix would work, its a strange thing, mine is working great ( at the min )

Thanks, I logged a fault ticket but it has been ignored. I will try calling them.

Couldn't get Sky channels last night but could watch Netflix, all streaming services worked (Netflix, iPlayer, etc.) except Sky. Had a new puck delivered yesterday and I cannot get it to connect to Sky to initialize, I've reset it but it won't get past 'Upadating software...'

And it's not a speed issue, I've got 480Mbps down and 540Mbps up, it's got to be some kind of DNS issue as it appears in cannot connect to the Sky servers but it can connect to the other services.

I rang them and spoken to them directly, hope u get it sorted

It is a dns problem, i spoke to them and then changed some dns settings at there end and works now, they know about the sky problems, give them a ring like i did only took 5 mins and all ip and running

Fixed mine by changing DNS settings in the router to Cloudflare dns 1.1.1.1
