Sky stream not working on multiple pucks

My sky stream isn't working and it's been bad all week.  I'm also with Hyperoptic.

An agent asked me to turn off and on the router otherwise she couldn't help me, even though I had done it before and the call dropped. She 

The next agent was very unhelpful and didn't know what Hyperoptic was. Despite me telling him about the known issue.

I spoke to a third agent that took my details and escalated the case, so fingers crossed, but it looks like it's happening to most Hyperoptic users.

Ive reported it to hyperoptic - it would probably be a good idea if a few of you did too so they dont just think its me!   It seems weird to me. i thought all broadband was the same, a bit like electricity or water and it was just a question of who you bought it off 😂

Same issue.  Hyperoptic customer with sky stream in Scotland and sounds like the same problem. Sometimes it works fine, other times it takes hours of switching on and off before I get anything if at all.  I'll flag it to Hyperoptic as well but another few weeks of this I'm throwing in the towel as it not worth the money to watch nothing when I want too.

Reported to Hyperoptic too. This is my 3rd time so I'm not expecting anything. One more month and I'm changing both suppliers.

Im having the same issue, its been doing my head in for months, hyperoptic says theres nothing wrong at there end, sny help be greatfull

I've had problems for 2 days ... 3 pucks and a sky glass TV all showing technical fault. 

bottom line sky glass is plagued with these issues - happens to me on a weekly basis and generally fixes itself. Its a terrible product

Hi david ive just spoke to hyperoptic and they are working with sky about the issue, hyperoptic have just done something at there end ( doing something with the dns ), im up and running now but sure how long for tho, hyperoptic knew exactly what was causing it, hope u get it sorted, the definitely know about it, thanks

Hi i rang them and they are or have been working with sky anout this issue, the hyperoptic guy told me to wait and came back saying, they had reset the dns or changed the dns and told me to see if the channels was working now and they was, get bk on to them they kno about the issue, well its working for now lol

Works ok until you change a channel. Been like this all week. Completely cancelled my stream subscription based on this and no loyalty discounts to renew a contract. Price increase is unavailable.
