Sky Stream Failing Connection Issues
Sky stream issues this morning. Puck is slow to respond and shows as no internet at times although router has a stable connection. Getting the wait for program to load. As well as no internet at times. Red Sky help and went round in circles. System check can’t check broadband and consequently the stream puck.

Re: Sky Stream Failing Connection Issues
Have you managed to fix it? Our pucks started playing up last night & we've had around 20 minutes of tv all day. All lights are green on router & boosters.

Re: Sky Stream Failing Connection Issues
No. I have rebooted and reset almost every hour and it looks as if it has settled until it goes again. Everything on changing just buffers and eventually appears but I'm on Sky broadband and that is working as it shouldd with everything except the puck. It keeps losing the wifi signal and asks me to reste the connection but then the connection appears as fine before I can reset anything and we carry on until it fails again. It seems to have started this morning and has continued throughout the day. Sky service checkershows a fault on teh broadband connection as well as being unable to check the puck but I know that the broadband is working ok from other device checks. Maddening! I've turned it off with the hope thatwhen I try it again it will behave a bit better. Should have stuck with Sky Q!
