Sky Stream Aspect Ratio

Sky Stream doesn't seem to be in wide-screen just 4:3 anyone else having this issue??

What channel are you watching? Have you changed the aspect ratio on your TV settings by mistake?

I've just changed from Sky Q to Sky Stream and I have the same issue with Gold. Sky Q was always in the correct aspect, but nothing seems to make a difference with Sky Stream. Despite being told Sky Stream was a step forward with the latest technology, I'm having my doubts.

@martinlong1965  If the program on Gold is 4:3 then it's being disolayed correctly and not being artificially stretched to fill the screen.

 

There is nthing wrong with the ouck and it is not a step backwards as your seeing the correct apsect ratio.

 

PS any black bars you see are actually put there by the broadcaster.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Which ratio do you consider to be 'correct': broadcast or display?
