Unable to add PBS America to Play List on Stream ?

Trying to add a programme for PBS America to Sky Stream with absolutely no joy. Help.

Some channels only have broadcast rights therefore their content is unavailable for cloud recording or on demand. We are fellow customers so cannot advise if this is the case. The general advice would be to reboot your puck and see if it lets you add to playlists.

If you are still having issues you can email Sky's viewer relations team on viewerR@sky.uk and they will investigate. I'll check to see if I can add anything on PBS America and feedback, not in front of a TV presently.

I'd observe that the perennial funding crisis of PBS does tend to suggest they'd be interested in saving money wherever possible.
