Sky Store buffering
Hi
tried watching a movie bought off sky store using sky stream and it keeps buffering every 2 min , anyway tried casting from phone and works great .
Sky stream is running off WiFi with speeds of around 110mbps (Netflix speed test)
it's frustrating cheers

@Dallen116 Is it just films from Sky Store or does it happen at other times?

Just films on Sky store all live tv etc... works fine

@Dallen116 That strange. I can only suggest two things. I'm not sure if Sky Store is an app but try an App refresh. Go to Settings then System management, then Reset and select App refresh. This does take quite a few minutes but wait until you are automatically returned to the Home Screen. Then go back into the same settings and select Restart tv. Again wait for it turn off and restart and then see if it has sorted it out. If not let us know and someone else on here may have a better idea.

If it's only Sky Store you are seeing this issue, it sounds like your Sky Store app may have some kind of cache issue.
First try a settings restart of your Sky Stream puck and also a broadband hub/restart.
Then do an apps refresh, the Sky Store on Sky Stream is currently a basic type app.
- Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
- Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
- You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
- Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing. The app refresh can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.

Just tried to watch sky sports uhd and kept pausing and showed technical fault blue screen I restarted the puck and now works fine , i wonder if it's best completely shutting off the puck at night
