Problems with paramount plus

I have a problem with my paramount plus app in that I initially set up my paramount plus with a different email. That email has now been closed and although I have changed my email on my main account with sky, the paramount app does not seem able to acknowledge that fact on my PUCK! And so when I log in it insists I set up a new account which I did but had to pay extra, as sky AI (what on earth is that supposed to do???) cud not help and even an agent has seemingly not given me the full picture, quite ironic that seeing as I have a problem with my TV sevices! So 2 things a) I need to link my paramount and sky accounts ie the new one, and b)if I get charged the extra money for the subscription I tried to link to without being allowed to access to the service I will have no alternative but to move to a competitor when my contract expires.

Surely if you setup Paramount Plus with an email address that has now closed, you need to be updating the email address on your Paramount + account (https://support.paramountplus.com/s/article/PI-How-do-I-change-the-email-associated-with-my-Paramoun...).

 

If you have signed up to a new paramount plus account with the new email address, then that is what would likely have caused the issue as your previously used paramount plus account will be the account that is linked to your Sky account. If you have created a new paramount + account i believe you need to go into the Sky Marketplace, cancel the paramount + and then you can go through the process of relinking with your new paramount + accoun ( https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus )

As above.

 

You should have logged into your Paramount + and just changed the email address in the account settings there.

 

But, as you have now created a new P+ account with your new email address, you will need as above, to remove the old account from Sky Marketplace and reactivate paramount+ from your Sky box, with the new P+ account you have created.

Either do a voice search and say "My Sky" or from the Home screen scroll down to My Sky.

Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN.

You will the see Sky Marketplace subscriptions and should be able to select and cancel any active subscriptions.

My paramount plus is just listing on sky glass dies anyone else have this issue as it's recurrent for us
