Sky Steam Puck - No Activation Code

Hi,

 

I received by Sky Stream puck last week and when i plugged it in to set up no activation code appeared on the screen.

It now won't let me link my account and the set up can't be completed. I phone support and didn't get any help and was told someone would ring back and 3 days later still waitng for a call.

Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried to re start it numberous times but still can't link the account.

Much apprecaite any assistance.

Follow the steps here in the first instance: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-link-your-account

 

If that still doesn't work post back here and we can escalate your post to sky.
