Sky Sports plus no longer working

As of today my Skysports app no longer streams football matches.

after spending half my day on the phone I've been told it has been pulled.

you can only stream live sport if you have SkyQ.

anyone else had the same issue?

You have posted in the Sky Stream blad. This would be better in the Apps section of the community.

However working as expected on Android within the sky sports app. It seems you have been given some poor advice. What exactly is the issue you are seeing? Are you signed in to the sky sports app (as without the games dont appear).

Please provide more details and the community will do it's best to assist.

I have just set up a new puck as the other was faulty.

everything fine but when I access the SkySports App instead of having access to the live sport it just has free to view highlights.

no sections of sport etc etc

Can you confirm what device you are trying to access Sky Sports+ content on, your puck or a mobile or tablet ?

I have sky stream. I select the sky sports app from the built in app list.

i have the full sky sports package.

it was working fine before I swapped to a new puck today

The apps board is for apps on mobile devices like phones and tablets so as this is Sky Stream related it does belong in this board.

I am watching  rugby  league  on sky sports plus now on my sky glass tv. Down stairs, I  have checked  the 55inch sky glass tv upstairs and the puck  and all are playing  sky sports plus, 4 rugby  league games are available  to watch  from the sky sports  home page all working  fine

When I select the app it opens but only has one row of football highlights.

the options down the left hand side have all gone.

Ch404 is fine. But that's all I can watch.

on Tuesday night there were 10 games to choose from in the EFL Cup. I now don't have that option.

like I said when I open the app there is no choice of games at all.

That because  of what is on the channel, yes there were 10 league  cup games on the other night and tomorrow  there will be at least that many games on, today there are 4 rugby matches on

my point, which I'm probably not explaining very well, is until today I clicked on the app, it opened and I had a multitude of sports to pick from.

All that has now gone.

Is this on sky glass, or puck, or on another device? I am confused  as both my sky glass tvs and pucks my sky sports plus is working  fine,I  do have full sky sports subscription

It's on a puck and I also have a full subscription to sky sports

Yes the Sky Sports + app has now been removed on Sky Stream/Glass.

From the Sky sports channels, selecting the 🔴🟢🟡🔵 button on your remote will now present a sidebar option and provide the extra streams when available, match recap and the F1 race control.

The Sky Sports tile in the Apps rail, has changed to just show the live and upcoming Streams, with each Sports or event having its own rail.

As todays EFL match is a single match and showing on Sky foootball, there would not be any other football match choices for selection anyway, so that is why it's not showing in that Sky Sports tile in the Apps rail.

You can also use voice saying 'Tennis', 'EFL, 'Rugby' and the like and it will bring up the Live rail to also select the extra streamed matches, when available and show the upcoming matches also.
