Sky Sports + freezing Shrewsbury v Peterborough

I'm watching Shrewsbury v PUFC on Sky Sports + via Sky Stream right now with my great nephew. It's the first time I've tried watching anything on this new service. Annoyingly, the stream is freezing every minute or so for a few seconds. Is anyone else watching and seeing the same problem?  It's the first time I've had this issue so Just wondering if it's the feed from Sky or my home network.

Many thanks. Yes, it's a little disappointing, but nice to know it's probably a Sky issue. It's probably tempting fate to say it seems to be a bit more stable now. Anyway, it's not bothering the Great Nephew, whos sat here glued to the screen in his PUFC shirt 🙂

I've been watching the Portsmouth v Luton stream and had no problems.

Just switched to both the above Shrewsbury and Derby games and yes they are stuttering and freezing.

Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems and will alert the relevant Sky team to look at.

Glad yours is, mine just keeps freezing every 30 seconds 🥲

Same problem via Virgin. I tried it on iPad and it played for about 5 seconds and froze. My wifi speed was around 150 MBS. I wondered at he time whether it was a Virgin problem but seems clear from other poststs that it's a Sky issue.
