Sky Sports UHD picture keeps stuttering

Spurs City was perfect again on the new puck, this drastic a swing in oerformamce from old to new just makes no logical sense to me, to get this drastic a difference overall from a software update  would probably require rewriting the whole of Sky OS.

Lost count the amount of stutters in the women's match currently on.

Made three changes this afternoon, and had my first issue free Sky Sports UHD Football match!!!!

I will update if this stays good, or deteriorates over the next week or so. 

Firstly: Forced Sky Puck Update, which got me to a later version, but still QS037:

Secondly: Set Audio to "Passthrough"

For completeness, my setup is now:

2019 Samsung Q55Q90R Tv with Q70R soundbar

Sky Puck with:

Sky OS: 1.3

Build version: QS037.045.01P

Platform Version: 8.1p52s1

Harware Model: IP061-ef
picture Resolution: 2160p

Default Streaming Format: UHD

Judder Reduction: Off

Digital Audio Output: Passthrough 

Wifi: Off (using Ethernet)

The TV is set with very light Judder and motion smoothing settings, and also passes Audio through to the soundbar.

And now its fine on channel 922. Or it least its picture is fine i have now lost all sound on 922. And now its just come back.

I've given Sky as much time as I am prepared to give in getting this long drawn out fiasco sorted out  I appreciate there are some very happy customers but there are a lot more unhappy ones with this shambolic service. 

I'm reverting back to Sky Q

Noticed this morning that one of my pucks upstairs has updated to q38, so I shall move that one and see if it has resolved any issues at all

Still waiting for my puck to be updated. Another issue I feel Sky need to be better at, and updating the pucks quicker

  Just turned on a puck that us not  often used and tried the software update - and a completely new version if the UI 3.44.0 appears ...

Don't get to excited it's behaving the same as  3.117.3 - just randomly jumped out of F1 UHD channel  to the  menu 🤦🏻 There not much UHD content at this time if day for  me to test it .
