Sky Sports UHD picture keeps stuttering

They are lying to you and just want to upgrade your broadband. They told me that my 150gb was causing  the problem with stuttering and  convinced me to upgrade to 500mb. ITS STILL STUTTERING SKY!

After changing audio output to Pass through I still had issues watching the darts last night but not as many as I've got used to. I just watched the old firm game with no issues although I wasn't 100% invested in it so it might have happened while I wasn't watching.

Cancelled UHD yesterday as it's not worth paying £6 a month for this. My thinking is it's an issue with load on their end where too many people are watching at the same time.

@djk4yah - it was on one of the 90X channels. You have to press right on the directional pad thing and then there's an option to watch in UHD. Probably well hidden as they don't want too many people streaming it!

Sick to death of the stuttering picture and sound on Sky sports, particularly so on the football and the cricket, it's virtually impossible to watch. I've had to start watching the sport on my iPad in SkyGo. Wondering what on earth I'm paying  for to be honest!

Lets see how we get on with the Bournemouth vs Arsenal game...but I suspect we will have issues. I watched the Celtic vs Rangers games for the first 60 mins and it all seemed ok on UHD

I noticed the lack of uhd options on the premier league channel compared to before so I tried another puck and the option was back so clearly the pucks have even more issues than stuttering channels and dodgy audio

@Lucky+Luke09 @I had the same thing happen to me, swapped the puck for one from another room and the option for ultra hd was back so some sort of weird s**t going on with the pucks

I'm watching the Arsenal game now on channel 922. But when you press the select button to read the programme synopsis, it says that it's HD, even though it's on the 922 SKY Sports UHD channel.

Weird right?

I'm wondering if it's truly a UHD channel or have they got the programme synopsis wrong?

Yes you right there @djk4yah It shows HD for the darts later. I think the puck is all messed up and Sky dont know what to do

Am now watching on 401 which shows UHD. Latency channel all messed up

Old firm was sound the while game , Bournemouth **bleep**e from the off on 402 .

My turn to ring the script kings 2mrw , like someone said I'm loathed to cancel as I use the UHD a lot for tv and films . Clearly on them same issue on both pucks
