Hi everyone,
I have Sky Q with a re-contracted special offer that is in place until November. It's cheaper than the new customer Sky Stream price.
For various reasons, although not essential, I would like to switch to Stream and ideally match my current offer. Obviously I am pushing my luck a bit, but would be willing to re-contract again for 18 months. When I called CS to discuss options, I got passed around 4 agents, the last of which was only interested in selling me Glass and wouldn't discuss Stream.
Is there a particular department I should be asking for? I guess I can't really ask for Retentions who would most likely have the most flexibility, given that I am mid-contract. Any tips?

So the normal customer services agents apparently cant quote or sell Sky Stream. I had the exact same issue on my renewal, i got quotes for Glass and Q from the agent.
I was adamant i wanted a quote for Stream, so the agent did pass it over to the Sky Stream team who were really helpful. They not only quoted me for Stream but went through all the various options i had (Q, Glass, Stream) and the various price comparisions.
When the automated phone system asks you to speak your issue. Try saying "Sky Stream" as this did work for me on another occassion when i had to call them.
