Sky Q to Sky Stream

Hi everyone. I've been a Sky Q customer for a few years. We're just upgrading our Broadband with Sky to full fibre. I'm curious to know why on MY SKY I can see the Stream packages and select the add ons etc if I'm signed out but as soon as I'm signed in I get "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties" on the Stream page, although I can see everything else on the site. I'd love to get rid of the dish and take full advantage of the upgraded Broadband.

If you're already a Sky customer you need to call Sky to switch from Q to Stream.

Make sure you know fully how different they are as services and that Stream carries the channels you like to watch as there are many which only broadcast via satellite on Q.
