Sky puck
Since we got sky stream we have nothing but problems , screen goes black ! , then goes out of sync , when watching live program, you miss so much , firstly when full fibre was fitted , it was not installed properly, plus left a big hole in the wall !!. When it was sorted , this should be better , , but it was not , after callling messaging sky , they only seem to ring , when we're at work , they won't leave a message , then they don't call back . Don't think we'll go back to sky , once contract is up . Don't know how they keep pedalling cheap sky puck system

Re: Sky puck
Sky Stream works perfectly well for thousands and thousands of people but it relies on you, the customer, making sure your broadband connection to the puck is as fast and stable as possible.
If your fibre broadband has been fixed as you say, do all other devices requiring broadband work OK? What speed are you supposed to get and what speed is your puck actually receiving?
Sky Stream needs a minimum of 25Mbps continuously for the puck to function reliably. To find out if yours is actually receiving this, open the Netflix app on the puck, navigate to the get help menu (top left by clicking on your profile avatar) and run a network check. What speed is reported?
