Sky Pucks not holding power

Hi all

got two sky pucks, only been used for a month before cancelled sky. ended up buying the pucks as forgot to send them back.

got sky back earlier this week and the pucks will not stay on power wise. any ideas ? one worked for a day then wont turn on

both pucks iluminate when plugged in, but go off shortly after and wont come back on

Probably unrelated to the issue, but paying a non-return fee isn't purchasing the hardware.

They might be stuck in a semi standby mode or just need a forced reset.

Try doing the recovery procedure as described in step four here;
