Finally got my Sky Puck going 48 hours after discovering the problem. I made two calls to Sky , having waited an hour for each to be answered. The first sky person told me where I was going wrong on my reset. However I could not get past the PIN page on set up, another error was occurring. I called again and the second person tried to help but she was having trouble convincing me it would be sorted. After several attempts and hours continually re booting , the PIN screen changed slightly and it worked. All good now but Sky don't make it easy, I am tech friendly but errors of this kind are so frustrating. Sky need to be more helpful need train the call handlers to know what they are talking about. I dreaded hanging on another hour to be answered. @@David Bagnall
