Sky Puck

Any help please my sky puck picture freezes all the time or jumps I've restarted each time. Any advice???

The pucks are sensitive to WiFi connectivity- try and hardwire (ethernet cable or powerline adapters or a mesh WiFi) and see if the problem persists 

 

if you do hardwire it make sure you turn the WiFi off in the puck settings

It's conmected to a wifi booster as mine wifi sky box is in another room(utility). Would you commend buying ethernet cable from puck to booster? Thanks

Boosters are not great for maintaining good signal 

 

personally I use a pair of tp link av600 homeplugs I bought off Facebook marketplace for a tenner and they are great 

 

you connect one to your router via Ethernet cable and into an electric socket 

 

you connect the other into your glass /stream via Ethernet and into an electrical socket. It utilises your internal electric wiring to carry the network signal. Probably only lose 10% of your bandwidth speed
