I would like to be reconnected to dish. Streaming box does not work I go to my sons house to watch sky TV at present. I turned streaming box off overnight. Turned back on today, I checked connections sky box is blank. No connection at all, I've checked remote.
I NEED PLEASE. An engineer to come and reconnect me to dish outside and I will pay for fast forward and advert fast forwarding. could I cancel sky streaming service please. There has been a lot of problems with the streaming box I should of changed within the month when I could of changed my mind.

Those aren't applicable on Sky Q anyway.
