Sky Puck sound output is too loud
When my tv is at a suitable volume for other inputs, turning on the puck gives an almost deafening output. It is ok if I remember to reduce the tv volume to almost nil first, but surely this should not be necessary? Any advice welcome.

Re: Sky Puck sound output is too loud
@MikeR2 there are no volume adjustments on the pucks. A few TVs allows you to adjust the volume for each HDMI input so look at your TV's settings.to see if you can adjust it there.

Re: Sky Puck sound output is too loud
Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately my tv doesn't have this facility. In fact, due to the dearth of input sockets, I have to use a switcher, so three inputs share this HDMI input. The idea was good though!
