Sky Puck not working

Had Sky installed today and the puck connects then freezes. The app is now telling me there is a fault but all of the tests show that the WiFi etc is working ok. How can I get the TV to work for more than 30 seconds?

@MartyG1 go into the settings menu on the puck go to Network and see what it says about the strength of the WiFi connection as Stream requires a good WiFi connection back to your internet hub. If it is poor consider if you can move the router and puck so they are out in the open, placing a puck behind a TV is a common cause of poor WiFi  if that doesn't help you need to consider getting a WiFi booster orcsimilar.

Hi. Thank you for that! After much searching for a number I got through to Sky - they think the fault is with the remote and are sending out a new one. If this doesn't work I will give your suggestion a go! Much appreciated!
