Whole Home
Cannot access TV as asking me to subcribe to Whole Home. I've just cancelled it and cannot access anything

That would likely happen if the puck you are trying to watch on isn't your primary device.
Did you have multiple pucks or a Glass TV and a puck?

You can check and alter your primary devices on the MySky app
