Sky Puck no visual

Sky puck not showing visuals, audio playing and sky skin showing.  Have factory reset, refreshed apps, rebooted, unplugged and still no visiual after. Only when on the channel the screen is black but audio.

Have you checked your hdmi cable is connected properly to your stream box and tv @MMS14

Yea, the sky skin is visible so you can see the channels to select etc...however when you select a channel can hear the audio but see no picture.

its an intermittent issue that seems to occur frequently or the puck crashes (freezes)
