Returned sky streaming puck

  • I returned the sky puck and remote, cable etc, in the packaging sky provided,  now sky are messaging me that I am being charged £67 for not returning it. I have proof of postage,  my problem is that when I phone the only number I can find on the website,  it's for calls about mobiles only  Does anyone have  a number for actual customer service please?

Hi @SWMBO54 try the numbers shown in the following link: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help 

 

Sky claiming to have not received your return is nothing new and posts on the forum are quite frequent. It happened to me a few years ago when returning a Sky multi-room box.  I phoned Sky and explained that I still had my proof of postage and the matter was sorted within a couple of minutes.

Sky really need to get their act together, it's not fair on the customer receiving notification they are being charged for something that is not their fault.
