Sky Puck keeps freezing

My Sky Puck frequently freezes, and you have to wait 30-60 seconds before it was free up and start responding. a common scenario will be scrolling through my favorites or the TV Guide. I have checked my Wi-Fi and it is fine, and no other devices in the house or other pucks are having the same problem. I've tried resetting this particular Puck, but it has not resolved the problem. Running the tests from the Sky App, Sky is reporting everything is working fine, but clearly not.

One thing to try if you haven't already is to swap the pucks around with one that is working fine in another room. If the dodgy puck is still not working in a room where another puck is, then the issue will 100% be because of that particular puck likely having a hardware fault.

Thanks. Yes, I tried that and it does seem to be specific to this particular puck. Next step is to reach out to Sky to get a replacement, but it's just so difficult getting through to them with their ridiculous bots.
