I am afraid I have to agree Sky pucks are very poor particularly in our experience when connected by WiFi rather than Ethernet cable in fact they are so bad a woukd not recommend that anyone get one unless they can hardwire to router. We have three pucks two wired into router one operating on WiFi In our experience puck connected via WiFi makes the TV unwatchable, today we had our third puck delivered and already (writhing 5 hours of connection) it's not working properly very frustrating and disappointing particularly when other streaming services like Amazon and Netflix work perfectly well on same WiFi Sky really need to do a great deal better than this because I am starting g to wonder if I can manage without Sky.
