Unable to switch to Sky Stream

I have Sky Q, with multiroom but have issues with dish due to broken cable that means I get no signal on a number of channels.

 

I had a Sky engineer out to check and due to a conservatory being built on top of the cable, they are unable to access the cable to replace it.

 

They advised that I would need to switch to Sky Stream and order additional pucks for my other rooms. I have been trying to do this via the website but it won't let me switch. I just get sent to a page saying 'thanks for your interest in Sky Stream' and advising I have the best package in SkyQ, and only giving Sky Glass as an option. How do I switch online???

You need to phone Sky to switch over from Q to Stream or Glass.

As already stated @N81 you will need to call Sky directly to switch over to Sky Stream I'm afraid.
